Wineology served as Birmingham Restaurant Week's finale, a wine flight tasting and food pairing event, which was held Tuesday, Aug. 1st at Urban Parc (1006 20th St. S., Birmingham 35205), one of Birmingham’s newest venues.
Attendees explored their palette for new wine favorites provided by United-Johnson Brothers of Alabama while enjoying delicious hors d'oeuvres from Sysco Foods. This modern event space not only includes a rooftop and flower bar, but also has an arcade with vintage games to enjoy right in the heart of Five Points South. Sysco’s Culinary Specialist Lindsey Noto King and Urban Parc Executive Chef Paire Cobb collaborated on the menu, which featured hors d'oeuvres that showcased Urban Parc’s menu along with some special surprises.
