Brewology, a Mardi Gras-themed food and beer pairing experience took place on Saturday, February 4 from 6 to 9 p.m. This event combined the tastes and flavors of New Orleans with Ghost Train Brewing Co. at their brand-new location on First Avenue South! With the Nola-themed food prepared by Sysco Foods, festivities kicked off at 6 p.m. with passed hors d’oeuvres. Five more seated courses included Cajun classics like beignets, BBQ shrimp, King Cake Bread Pudding, and more. This exclusive experience was perfectly paired with eight tastings of limited edition and favorite beers and/or cocktails from Ghost Train. With jazz-themed live music throughout the event along with the sights, sounds and tastes of Nola, guests were transported to Mardi Gras right here in the Magic City.
