We do not skimp on any steps - we just make sure we put the client ahead of ourselves and we build efficiencies into the system.## *What do you mean by efficiencies?*You can get a manicure while getting your hair done. You stay in the same chair when your hair is being done - even when you are shampooed. You can get a manicure and a pedicure at the same time. You can buy any of our great products while receiving a service, and we will bring it to your chair. You can check out prior to actually being finished - no standing in line at a checkout counter.
## *Tell me about your app.*You can download the app, Speed Spa, in the Apple Store (working on Android - should be soon!) You can use the app to make appointments, pay for products and services and to tip. You don’t have to, though! If you would rather call and make an appointment, we’ll book it for you! If you do download the app though, you can look thru our entire array of services, which are extensive and, I think, fabulous!## *We would love to host your bridesmaids!*We would love to host a bridesmaids’ party! We can offer the group an array of services from manis and pedis to blowouts, brow shaping and tinting, spray tans and facials. We also have relationships with great caterers so the party lacks for nothing. Any of these services can be offered on the weekend of the wedding, of course. Our stylists are also amazing at updos! (See Instagram for a great video) Finally, we can bring all of this to you at your location should you prefer!## *What is something you are doing that you did not expect to do?*
Lashes! I got excited about a service called YumiLash and sent one of our Estheticians, Jessica Morris, to Los Angeles to learn how to provide this service. Basically, YumiLash is a lash “lift” that uses Keratin and tint to darken, thicken and extend each lash negating the need for mascara for many. We also do lash extensions and our esthetician, Lauren Whiting, is amazing at this! She uses natural mink and puts them on so beautifully, they look like you were born with ridiculously beautiful lashes.
