Did you know February is National Pancake Month?
The Flying Biscuit Café, located in the Colonnade, certainly does – and to celebrate, it’s bringing back its famous Red Velvet Pancakes.
The beloved pancakes – complete with cream cheese frosting and topped with fresh strawberries – will be available the entire month of February, the restaurant confirmed.
And that’s not all: To spread the love a little more, on Valentine’s Day, the café will give away a free Chocolate Biscuit Bread Pudding to dine-in guests (with a limit of one per table).
If pancakes aren’t your thing, don’t worry – they serve plenty of other delicious dishes, from Oven Fried Green Tomatoes with Jalepeno Cashew Relish and Goat Cheese to Shrimp and Grits.
