ACS Real Men Wear Pink Kickoff Event

The American Cancer Society held the 5th annual Real Men Wear Pink Kickoff Event at Carrigan's.   This event served as the official kickoff of the American Cancer Society’s 2020 Real Men Wear Pink Campaign. A total of 20 select men have been nominated to serve as the “Pink Men” of Birmingham during February. Each participant will promote breast cancer education and early detection as well as raise funds. The men will compete against each other in raising as much funds as possible for the American Cancer Society. The participant who raises the most funds will be named “Birmingham’s Pink Man of the Year.”  Guests enjoyed good food and drink to kickoff the campaign.
