4th Annual Christmas Cocktail Benefiting John Michael Pierce Foundation

In 2019, a group of recent college graduates in the Vestavia/Birmingham area decided to put on a Christmas party as a way to get high school & college friends together for the Holiday Season. John Michael was heavily involved in the inception of the event and was committed to carrying on the tradition every year & turning it into something that could be used to help others. We are currently fulfilling that commitment by hosting this event for the fourth year in a row, which was held at Avenue D Events on Friday, December 23rd, from 8:00 PM – midnight. We raised money for John’s foundation, which aims to promote his positive outlook on life while raising awareness about the signs and symptoms of esophageal cancer and the importance of early detection.
