The owner, **Shellie Davis**, found an interest in fitness at a young age while watching her mother work out. Exercise soon became an essential part of her daily life as she realized its positive effects. As an adult, she wanted to share her love for fitness with others. To this end, Shellie became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, and now has over 13 years of experience in her field.As the owner of a small business, a wife, and a mother of three, she recognized how difficult it is to find time to work out and how hard it is to stay motivated to continue your exercise routine. For these reasons, Shellie designed a unique fitness program that combines high intensity interval training that efficiently burns calories and increases muscle tone. She strives to make each workout different. Her workouts focus on improving balance, coordination, flexibility, and strength and cover such a wide variety of options that clients never become bored.SD Fitness provides a challenging yet friendly environment that is safe for all fitness levels.
